Please note that We may not be able to respond to requests regarding retained personal data in the following cases:
・ When the requester’s identity cannot be confirmed.
・ When the requester does not follow the above procedures.
・ When the subject of the request, etc. is not related to the retained personal data.
・ When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
