The duo is made up of Takahiku Kuruma, born on September 3, 1994 in Tokyo, and Matsui Kemuri, born on May 29, 1993 in Kanagawa Prefecture. They are affiliated with Yoshimoto Kogyo. They formed as part of the comedy club "O-keis" at Keio University. They entered NSC in 2017 and graduated at the top of their class. While attending NSC, they continued to participate in the "M-1 Grand Prix", making their first appearance in the finals in 2023 and winning the championship.
