"The BACHELORETTE JAPAN" is a gender-reversed version of "The Bachelor Japan," which has already been streamed five seasons in Japan. It is a romance reality show in which a single woman, instead of a single man, takes the lead role and chooses her future spouse from a large number of male candidates in order to find "true love." So far, season 1 (2020) and season 2 (2022) have been streamed, and the unexpected and moving dramas that unfolded in the show have been a hot topic, especially on social media, ever since it began.
Aki Takei, a graduate of Tokyo University and a former bureaucrat who has attracted attention as the most intelligent woman in the series, will be the third Bachelorette this season, and she will search for "true love" with 15 male participants on the mysterious Indonesian island of Bali.
At the beginning of the video, Aki is holding a rose and her eyes are filled with determination, and as the Bachelorette she says, "I want to show that I'm not ordinary." Weighing intuition and rational mind, Aki excitedly says, "I'm sure that this journey will help me find my life partner." However, as the journey progresses, she finds herself struggling with various conflicts, and at the end of the video, she sheds tears and expresses her anxiety, saying, "What am I here for... this journey is difficult."
Meanwhile, the male participants deepen their bonds while revealing their rivalry with each other. Touched by Aki's determination, they also gradually reveal their true selves. With the new studio MCs Koji Imada, Takashi Yoshimura (Heisei Nobushi Kobushi), Mary Jun Takahashi, and others watching with excitement, what kind of journey will the determined bachelorette embark on?
The two main visuals released at the same time show the Bachelorette's dignified figure searching for her one and only soul mate in the vast, star-filled universe, as well as a worried expression on her face in front of a scale as she glances at a group of unique men, along with White Rose, which makes its first appearance in the series.
Will the bachelorette choose her answer to true love through rational mind or intuition? Please look forward to the fate of the true love she finds on this turbulent journey.
